Delivery and return

The order will be shipped only after receiving a 100% advance payment or through cash on delivery.

Delivery via "Nova Poshta" usually takes 1-3 days, and our manager will inform you of the specific date of receipt when placing the order.

The courier delivery cost is paid by the recipient, considering the service's tariffs.

Courier delivery to the specified address is also calculated based on "Nova Poshta" service rates.

Payment is made by transferring funds to the specified details or by invoice.

Return or exchange is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The item must be new and unused. Upon receiving the item for exchange, we inspect its condition.

If it meets the requirements, an exchange for a similar item is processed.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply call us and inform us of your intentions.

Exchange is not possible in cases where:

• The item has been damaged or modified, excluding factory defects.
• There are signs of use.
• More than 14 days have passed since the sale.
• The item has changed color due to chemicals or other external factors.
